I am a practitioner of Robert Carkhuff model of counselling and certified practitioner of Transactional Analysis having experience working with children, young adults and adults.

Along with counselling, workshops and trainings is my passion and have delivered on various topics such as work-life balance, self motivation, parenting goals, parent-child communication, enhancing self-confidence and self-esteem to name a few for educational institutes, corporates and individual groups.
