Parthasarathy Vaidya – Psychologist & Life Alignment practitioner

I am a consultant psychologist and Life Alignment practitioner based in Mysore, Karnataka. I specialise in synthesising evidence-based research into neuroscience, cognitive psychology, alternative medicine, and Eastern spirituality and metaphysics.

I work as a practitioner and co-director at AM Wellness, assisting clients from all across the world, both in person and online.

The primary modality I practice is Life Alignment, a vibrational healing modality that acknowledges the reality that, solid as we may appear, our being is a superposition of varied frequencies of vibrations. A maladaptive cycle or trauma exists as a standing waveform within our being, expressing itself through our actions, continuously causing us suffering.

As a therapist, Life Alignment allows me to use my intuition with its unique tools to get to the root causes of your problems. This further aids us in discovering how they developed and became subconscious, automatic phenomena and how you can shift your thoughts and beliefs about them.

I also specialize in employing resonant intuition to coach and guide clients as per their unique and individual requirements: which is to say, I help you get in touch with the voice of your own intuition.

So far, I have experience with the following types of issues:

• Anxiety, stress, depression, and disconnection from interoception.
• Various complex trauma imprints such as physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.
• ADHD and other impairments in executive functioning.
• Relationship ruptures / issues between couples, and between family members (dyads).
• Fertility and miscarriage-related trauma.
