Ruchika Meshram – Counselling Psychologist

I am a counseling psychologist. I have an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology from the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, Bangalore. I have certification and training in REBT. I’m also a certified Bibliotherapist and Career Counsellor. I believe in an eclectic approach, where the client and the counselor come together and decide mutually on what treatment to take, the pace of the session, etc. It is a collaborative approach.
