She has interviewed some profound personalities from, Jane-Ad-Shead Grant, Lee Chambers Vipp Jaswal, Kevin Monroe, Anna Nyeste, Kenny Harper to name a few. She is on a mission to get people to talk about issues that make them uncomfortable and empathises with the message ‘it is okay to not be okay’. She advocates ‘Happiness’ and believes it is a process and not a light switch. She is also a columnist and a visionary blogger. Her work depicts enormously raw writings emphasising certainly on mental health with a morsel of personal stories. Some of her best work has been featured in Mental Movement Magazine (U.K.) and in the publication ‘The Heroine Journey’ by Peter de Kuster. So kindly don’t expect her to be all perfect (she is too plain-spoken for that) however do expect thought-provoking ideas, eternal wisdom, some silly knacks and a resolute passion, commitment and enthusiasm for what’s possible. |

Specialization
Specialization | As a mental health practitioner, I will provide you the right support and a safe environment to be exactly who you are and express your concerns and distress both emotionally and mentally. There has been a lot of stigma around mental health for years, however that gap has been diminishing since people in India have become more aware about how emotional and mental stress is affecting your day to day functioning. As a community, we have all gone through a very challenging time after pandemic where we we forced to put ourselves in situations we never did, willingly or unwillingly. We were all forced to spend more time with ourselves and less time outside in the world. Some people were very comfortable in that space, where they explored their inner selves by engaging in reflective and creative processes. Although, many people were uncomfortable where they preferred spending time outside and were afraid to engage with their inner self and confront to their deepest fears – which has led to severe problems like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, FOMO, lack of confidence, behavioural problems, eating disorders, body image issues, social comparison, disorientation, isolation, stress, lack of self-acceptance and self-love. As we now move forward into a new world which is now called the *new normal* – we all yearn to live a happy, fulfilled and a purposeful life. And it all starts by simply taking an action towards bettering your health. I immensely empathise with you and I can only imagine how difficult it must have been for you. But I want to assure you, that you'll get better, in fact you are getting better. The fact that you are reading this in this very moment means that you have taken a step in the direction of your well-being. Since you are now here – I want you to know that I am right here for you to ensure that you live a life that you deserve! I am not saying that you will be free of challenges in your life – No! We need challenges. They make us more resilient! Instead, I will guide you to manage your life better. To take control of the steering wheel of your life, to befriend your mind, and to love yourself, to be whole and complete! Because that is what makes you YOU! |
