She has counselled, mentored, navigated and guided more than 1500+ students throughout their journeys to their undergraduate and postgraduate programs and delivered 50+ seminars for schools and groups. Her areas of expertise are career development, profile building, life skills, psychological assessment.

Nikita believes in the importance of balance between career and life. Through her counselling program, she has helped numerous students and parents in solving their most complex career and parenting dilemmas.
