I am a Mental Health professional with an eclectic approach of framework from fields of Positive psychology (working with strengths, positive emotions, and solution-focused approach to counseling), the Psycho-dynamic (recognition of childhood impact), Person-Centered (unique relationship between client and therapist), and Transactional Analysis (inner child, family dynamics).

It is my passion to learn, share my knowledge and gain more by exchange of ideas.
