Would like to know what are the boundaries of Sadness where it turns into depression. How do we identify that it is the state of depression and need consultation from a Psychologist or Psychiatrist?
In this Covid time, many of the working people are facing some or other issues which they are not able to cope and clueless how to handle this kind of uneasiness.
Requesting Subject Matter experts to please advise on this.
